During the meeting, Vance emphasized the need to restore previously existing safeguards that were designed to detect fraudulent activities. He noted that several of these protections had been discontinued over time and must now be reactivated to strengthen oversight.

According to him, the administration plans to implement stricter monitoring systems and improve coordination among departments. The initiative will involve agencies responsible for healthcare, housing, agriculture, and financial management working together to identify irregularities more effectively.

Officials highlighted that fraud prevention efforts will adopt a comprehensive approach, ensuring that multiple government bodies share information and collaborate closely. He pointed out that such cases highlight the broader consequences of unchecked fraud, where vulnerable groups face delays or denial of services due to systemic abuse.

A senior official leading the initiative warned that continued fraud could weaken public confidence in government programs.
