Sunny Deol: ‘Ikka’ starring and Akshaye Khanna is now complete
Sunny Deol: The director of “Hichki,” “We Are Family,” and “Maharaj,” Siddharth P. Malhotra, has now declared that the filming of his fourth movie, “Ikka,” which stars Sunny Deol and Akshaye Khanna, is over.

The filmmaker thanked the actors of his next action movie on social media while sharing the professional update.
“Ikka, my fourth film as a filmmaker, is now complete. To be honest, I’m still processing everything. This movie has been an experience unlike any other; it has educated me, challenged me, and transformed me in ways I will never forget.
To have collaborated with such amazing musicians — @iamsunnydeol, you have my undying affection, sir #akshayekhanna In every frame, you are stunning. @tillotamashome Your genius is evident. Love, love, and more love @diamirzaofficial @akansharanjankapoor @iamsanjeeda appreciation as well as @jyotimukerji Thank you all so much; it has been an incredible honor, my lucky charm. Siddharth said, “You’ve all given this story depth, truth, and soul and elevated every moment beyond what I imagined (sic).”
“My deepest gratitude to @kaushalalthea and Mayank, our brilliant writers — you’ve written something that pushed me as a filmmaker and as a person,” the director said, referring to “Ikka” as his most difficult film to date. This has been the hardest movie I’ve ever worked on; each day was difficult, but those same days are what made the tale what it is today. I simply hope that even a little portion of the emotion we put into it is felt by everyone who watches.”
But Siddharth did not overlook his teammates.
“@jishnudop Words cannot express how much I love my brother and DOP, who are my constant, my rock, and my backbone. This movie was painted with love and light by you and your crew. My partner @iamk_shitij and my incredible AD team, which includes Vikas, Mohit, Inaara, Rahi, Omkar, Aviral, and Aryan, have been there for me every step of the way, making sure every shot was spot on,” he said.
The filmmaker said that “Ikka” is more than simply a movie for him; it’s a part of his heart, built on the resilience and energy of this amazing crew.
He continued by writing, “Without you all, there is no me.”
