The actress posted a number of photos from the Mirzapur: The Movie sets on Instagram. The film is now being shot in the picturesque surroundings of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The actress offered fans a preview of the film’s colorful setting and behind-the-scenes footage on Wednesday, which is the last day of filming in this location.

Speaking about the well-known crime-thriller series “Mirzapur,” it centers on Akhandanand “Kaleen” Tripathi, a businessman and criminal leader who is regarded as the de facto head of the Mirzapur district in the Purvanchal area of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyendu Sharma, Vikrant Massey, Shweta Tripathi, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda make up the primary characters of the first season.
With the exception of Vikrant and Shriya, the primary cast from the first season is retained for the second season. The new cast includes Lilliput, Vijay Varma, Isha Talwar, Anjum Sharma, Priyanshu Painyuli, Anangsha Biswas, and Neha Sargam.
The majority of the series’ filming took place in Mirzapur and other parts of Uttar Pradesh, including Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Ghazipur, Lucknow, Raebareli, Gorakhpur, and Varanasi.
According to reports, the series’ cinematic version will be released in 2026.
The actress, meanwhile, initially became well-known for her performance as the girlfriend of actor Vicky Kaushal in Masaan.
She established a theatrical group called All My Tea Productions and worked at a post-production studio in Mumbai prior to her involvement on the comedy Kya Mast Hai Life.
She appeared in The Trip and made her Tamil film debut in Saravana Rajendran’s Mehandi Circus. Later, Shweta played Golu Gupta in the online series Mirzapur.
