‘People Change’: Amitabh Bachchan’s Cryptic Note Concerns Fans

On Saturday, Amitabh Bachchan posted a mysterious message on his blog that alarmed internet users. The seasoned Bollywood star discussed how things are changing and shared his opinions on how individuals also evolve with time.

He stated, “Times change, the world changes, attitudes, habits, culture, people change, and those who were then are no longer now. Soon, those who are ‘now’ will be in reference to the ‘then’ (sic).”

“Lamentations from the ‘then’ keep echoing in the times of now… they shall simply remain a memory,” Big B said, adding that there is no purpose in lingering on the past. Allow them to remain in your memories. Worrying about it will be a waste of effort on your system, geared to “then.” They were such a thrill “back then,” so respect and appreciate it.

After that, Amitabh Bachchan delivered some lines and went over his father, the renowned poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan,’s advice once again. “After so many many years of its writing, it still reverberates and has meaning. That be the vision and depth of the Poet and his Poetry..the old, say the old, listen to the new.. the new say the new, listen to the old…” he wrote, explaining that these lines are still relevant today.
