Gharwali Pedwali: Paras Arora describes his character Jeetu as “beautifully relatable.”
Gharwali Pedwali: The forthcoming show “Gharwali Pedwali” has cast actor Paras Arora as Jeetu Pandey. Paras clarified his position by describing his persona as “beautifully relatable.”

He said, “Jeetu is a wonderfully relatable character, someone who always finds himself in complicated situations despite wanting a simple, peaceful life.”
Paras went on to say that he was drawn to the program because of the character’s unpredictable nature.
“It’s funny and artistically hard to play a guy juggling two wives—one real and one otherworldly. I was drawn to this part because it was unpredictable and innocent.
“Comedy is such a fulfilling genre, and this screenplay immediately appeals to me since it provides humor that is emotionally grounded. He said, “I am thrilled for viewers to witness Jeetu’s bewilderment, charm, and journey as he navigates this completely chaotic double life.”
In addition, Priyamvada Kant, who plays Latika in the musical, described her as emotional, loving, and wonderfully naughty.
“My character Latika, who is dramatic, loving, traditional, and delightfully mischievous, is the center of the show,” she said. Her feelings and deeds, as a spirit who really feels Jeetu is hers, are largely responsible for the show’s warmth and humor.
“I was drawn to this project because supernatural humor is such an underutilized genre on Indian television. Playing Latika enables me to combine humor with emotional nuance since she is multifaceted, expressive, and humorous. I’m delighted to play a character as distinctive when I return to television.
The comedy, which is set in Varanasi, tells the story of Jeetu, whose life has always been molded by unforeseen “twos”: two dads, two moms, two employers, and now, by the most bizarre turn of events, two spouses.
“Gharwali Pedwali,” which is produced by Peninsula Productions, will debut on December 15 at 10:00 PM and broadcast on &TV Monday through Friday.
