Celebrating Maha Shivratri at Isha Yoga Centre

The annual Maha Shivratri observance at the Isha Yoga Centre drew thousands of devotees this year, and Tamannaah was among those who took part in the night-long festivities. The actor posted short videos on her Instagram stories, showing herself immersed in devotional music dedicated to Lord Shiva. The atmosphere was filled with rhythmic chants and spiritual energy as attendees marked the sacred occasion.

Dressed in an elegant ivory-toned traditional outfit, Tamannaah appeared relaxed and cheerful. She was seen dancing freely to the devotional beats, blending reverence with celebration. Several of her friends, including Sara Arjun and Mouni Roy, were also present and joined in the festivities. The gathering reflected a mix of devotion and cultural celebration, a hallmark of the Maha Shivratri event hosted annually at the Coimbatore centre.

Sharing a brief note alongside the videos, Tamannaah described the evening simply as a “fun night,” capturing the joy she experienced during the celebration.

Upcoming Film Vvan Set for May 2026 Release

Away from the festivities, Tamannaah is preparing for the release of her next major project, Vvan, where she stars opposite Sidharth Malhotra. The film has generated interest for its ambitious storytelling and large-scale production.

Vvan is written by Arunabh Kumar and jointly directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar. The project’s visual design is led by cinematographer and visual director Manu Anand. Production responsibilities are handled by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar, and Niraj Kothari.

The makers have confirmed that Vvan will arrive in theatres on 15 May 2026. The film was initially expected to release around the Chhath festival in 2025, but the date was later revised. Announcing the change on social media, Sidharth Malhotra hinted at the film’s adventurous tone and scale, building anticipation among audiences.

With its theatrical release scheduled for next year, the film is positioned as a significant addition to Tamannaah’s filmography.

Ragini 3 Promises Horror and Humour

Tamannaah will also be seen in Ragini 3, a date-night horror film that pairs her with Junaid Khan. The project is directed by Shashanka Ghosh, known for films such as Khoobsurat and Veere Di Wedding. The film aims to combine suspense with light-hearted moments, offering a blend of thrills and entertainment.

Produced under Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures banner, a division of Balaji Telefilms Ltd, Ragini 3 is already attracting attention within the industry. Sahir Raza continues to contribute creatively to the project, while the production team remains tight-lipped about further plot details. Despite limited information, the film has generated steady curiosity among moviegoers.

Recent Appearance in Odela 2

Before these upcoming releases, Tamannaah was last seen in Odela 2, the sequel to Odela Railway Station. Set in a fictional village, the story revolves around the spiritual and cultural fabric of the community. The narrative focuses on the protective presence of Odela Mallanna Swamy, who safeguards the village from dark forces.

The film expanded on the themes introduced in its predecessor, blending folklore with dramatic storytelling. Tamannaah’s involvement in diverse genres—from devotional celebrations off-screen to thrillers and horror dramas on-screen—highlights her varied presence in contemporary Indian cinema.

As she balances festival appearances with multiple film commitments, Tamannaah Bhatia continues to remain active across both cultural and cinematic platforms.
