The actor described the upcoming wedding as a private affair but noted that the pre-wedding function would be a larger gathering involving colleagues and well-wishers from the film fraternity. His message conveyed excitement as the couple prepares to begin a new chapter in their lives.

Engagement Ceremony Held Last Year

The couple got engaged last year in a traditional ceremony attended by close relatives and friends. Photographs shared at the time showed Sirish dressed in a white traditional outfit, while Nayanika wore a red ensemble featuring intricate detailing. The engagement ceremony included a ring exchange, with family members present to bless the couple.

Though the engagement was kept relatively private, the images quickly circulated online, drawing congratulatory messages from fans and members of the entertainment industry.

A Look at Allu Sirish’s Film Career

Allu Sirish, the younger brother of actor Allu Arjun, made his debut as a lead actor with the 2013 film Gouravam. The film was written and directed by Radha Mohan and featured Yami Gautam in a key role. Although the film received mixed responses, it marked Sirish’s formal entry into the Telugu film industry as a leading man.

Over the years, he has appeared in several films across different genres. His notable works include Kotha Janta, Srirastu Subhamastu, Okka Kshanam, and Urvasivo Rakshasivo. Through these projects, Sirish established himself as a familiar face among Telugu cinema audiences, gradually building a steady career.

Recent Project and Industry Presence

Sirish was last seen in the 2024 film Buddy, directed by Sam Anton and produced by KE Gnanavel Raja and Aadhana Gnanavelraja under the Studio Green banner. The film also featured Gayatri Bhardwaj, Prisha Rajesh Singh, and Ajmal Ameer in significant roles.

While the actor has maintained a relatively selective approach toward film projects in recent years, his appearances continue to draw attention, particularly given his association with one of the most prominent families in Telugu cinema.

Wedding Plans Draw Attention in Tollywood

News of the wedding has generated interest within Tollywood circles, especially as members of the Allu family remain influential figures in the industry. However, Sirish has emphasized that the wedding ceremony itself will remain a close-knit gathering.

With preparations underway, the couple is set to celebrate both traditional rituals and industry camaraderie in the days leading up to the ceremony. As March 6 approaches, fans and well-wishers are expected to extend their greetings to the actor and his bride-to-be.
