AIPlatform – Global enterprise software provider Ramco Systems has introduced Chia, a conversational AI agent platform aimed at transforming how businesses manage customer interactions. The company said the new solution is built to automate complex support processes, helping enterprises reduce manual workload, shorten response times, and lower operational expenses while improving overall service quality.
A Shift Toward Agent-Driven Support
Chia marks Ramco Systems’ formal entry into the emerging Agentic AI space. Unlike conventional chatbots that primarily respond to basic queries, Chia is designed to reason through requests, make decisions, and carry out actions across enterprise systems. The platform executes multi-step workflows behind the scenes, allowing companies to resolve customer concerns from start to finish without repeated human intervention.
The platform is part of Ramco’s broader AI-based task automation suite known as rTask. According to the company, Chia enables organizations to gradually transition from traditional “human-in-the-loop” support models to an approach where human involvement is required only for exceptions. By handling routine and structured processes autonomously, the system allows support teams to focus on more complex issues.
Chia integrates with existing enterprise infrastructure and operates within pre-defined compliance policies and operational guardrails. This ensures that automated processes remain aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.

A key feature of Chia is its no-code AI Agent Foundry, which enables customer experience teams to design and deploy AI agents without technical expertise. Using simple English instructions, teams can configure workflows and set operational rules without relying on lengthy engineering cycles.
Through its Natural Language Workflow capabilities, non-technical users can define decision logic such as refund eligibility, booking validations, or policy enforcement directly in plain language. The system then converts these instructions into structured, action-driven AI behavior. Ramco states that this approach helps minimize inaccuracies and prevents unpredictable outputs often associated with generative AI systems.
The company claims enterprises can roll out their first AI agent within weeks, reducing implementation timelines and accelerating return on investment.
Leadership Highlights Strategic Transformation
Abinav Raja, Managing Director of Ramco Systems, described the launch as a milestone in the company’s evolution. He said Chia addresses growing global demand for AI systems capable of reasoning and delivering measurable results, rather than simply engaging in conversations.
Raja added that Chia is the first in a series of AI-native products planned across the company’s portfolio.
