AIInnovation – Zeko AI Wins Global Honour at India Summit
AIInnovation – Zeko AI, a platform focused on enterprise AI talent intelligence, has been named among the global winners of the AI by HER – Global Impact Challenge at the India AI Impact Summit 2026. The company stood out in a highly competitive process that drew participation from more than 50 countries.
The summit marked one of the largest global gatherings centered on artificial intelligence. Organisers reported over 15,500 registrations and more than 4,600 formal applications. Participants represented over 70 countries, with 136 nations present overall, and more than 900 startups showcased their innovations. In total, 28 awards were presented across various categories.
Recognition at a Global-Scale AI Summit
Zeko AI advanced through multiple stages of evaluation before receiving the final honour. It was first shortlisted among the Top 30 global innovators and later selected as one of the award recipients. Each winner received a grant of ₹25 lakh during the ceremony.
The awards were presented by Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister of Electronics and Information Technology, Information and Broadcasting, and Railways. The ceremony focused on high-impact, women-led AI ventures building scalable solutions across industries.
The recognition places Zeko AI among emerging companies contributing to India’s growing artificial intelligence ecosystem, particularly in enterprise-focused applications.
Summit Focused on Inclusive AI Growth
The India AI Impact Summit 2026 was designed as more than a technology conference. It positioned itself as a platform to discuss AI governance, accessibility, and inclusive innovation. Key themes included expanding participation among youth and women and ensuring broader access to AI tools and infrastructure.
The discussions aligned with India’s long-term national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, which aims to strengthen the country’s global leadership in technology and innovation. Minister Vaishnaw, while addressing the audience, described artificial intelligence as a horizontal and general-purpose technology capable of transforming multiple sectors. He emphasised the need to build AI systems that are accessible, inclusive, and globally competitive.
The AI by HER – Global Impact Challenge specifically recognised women-led ventures contributing to this inclusive development agenda.
The event also featured keynote remarks from Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCL Technologies. She underscored the importance of human-centered AI systems and called for greater representation of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics leadership roles.
International Recognition Beyond India
Zeko AI’s recent honour adds to its expanding international footprint. In 2025, the company was selected among the Top 20 startups from more than 10,000 applicants under the UAE-India CEPA Council Start-up Series. The initiative aims to promote cross-border innovation and economic collaboration between India and the United Arab Emirates.
This international recognition signals growing global interest in scalable AI-driven enterprise solutions developed in India.
Founders Outline Enterprise AI Vision
Founded by 27-year-old Tanvi Jain and 28-year-old Samyak Jain, Zeko AI focuses on building structured intelligence systems for enterprises. Tanvi Jain said enterprise adoption of AI is moving beyond recruitment automation.
According to her, large organisations are rethinking how decisions are made, particularly in workforce management. She noted that structured intelligence systems can support fairness, alignment, and long-term planning. Being recognised under the AI by HER category, she added, reinforces that women-led deep-tech ventures from India can scale globally.
Samyak Jain, an alumnus of IIT Delhi, explained that many enterprises face challenges in aligning decisions across human resources, business units, and leadership teams, especially in service-intensive sectors such as IT-enabled services, banking and financial services, global capability centres, and logistics.
He said the company’s goal is to embed organisational intelligence into workflows, enabling measurable and data-driven decision-making. Over the past year, Zeko AI has facilitated more than 1.5 million minutes of AI-led discussions and interviews, reporting growth exceeding 100 percent quarter-on-quarter. The level of adoption, he said, reflects a shift among enterprises toward structured intelligence systems.

The recognition at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 reflects a wider transformation in how organisations approach talent intelligence and enterprise decision systems.
