Shamita Shetty: On the anniversary of her father’s birth, Shamita Shetty is missing her “angle.”

The “Mohabbatein” actress shared a few old pictures of herself with her father, who would have been 85 on Monday, on her Instagram account.

On the photo-sharing app, Shamita wrote, “Happy Birthday my angel my Daddy (red heart, hug and ribbon emojis) Miss u (red heart emoji)” to convey her sorrow for her father.

Shamita posed with her father in the post’s main image, displaying her bright grin. A couple stills of Shamita and her older sister Shilpa Shetty with her father, beloved, came next. The message also included some vintage pictures of their parents.

Shilpa also shared a touching social media message in remembrance of her late father.

Along with a sentimental message that said, “Cheers to 85, Dad!,” she shared a few cute photos of herself with her father on social media. Up there, I hope you’re having fun with your single malt.

On October 11, 2016, Shamita and Shilpa’s father departed from his Versova house for the celestial realm. He had a heart attack and was sent to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

Shamita posted a picture of her father on Instagram along with the message, “(red heart emoji)” in honor of him on the ninth anniversary of his passing.

On the anniversary of her father’s passing, Shilpa also posted a poignant remark on social media to honor his memories.

On her Instagram profile, she shared a photo of herself and her father from when she was younger. It featured a happy Shilpa sitting on her father’s lap.

“I miss your grin. Shilpa captioned the photo, saying, “I miss YOU, Daddy (red heart emoji) 9 years today (folded hands emoji) (sic).”
