Uttar Pradesh : Tragic Event 19-Year-Old Passes Away in Kannauj After Eating a Protein Shake
Uttar Pradesh: After eating a protein drink that the gym offered, a teenage male passed away. A 19-year-old Uttar Pradesh BSc student from the Kannauj district recently joined a gym in an effort to bulk up. The pupil had just been a member of the gym for sixteen days, according to sources. He began using the gym’s protein powder around this period because he was keen to gain muscle rapidly.

The youngster had terrible stomach pains and started throwing up two days after consuming the protein powder. His face swelled as well. His relatives hurried him to a neighboring hospital after becoming alarmed. However, physicians sent him to Kanpur because of his serious condition. He lost the fight and passed away after receiving treatment for 14 days. His passing saddened the family. Enraged family members protested with his corpse at the Talgram police station, claiming that the gym owner’s faulty provision of protein powder was the reason for his death. Their protest, which called for action, resulted in the police filing a formal complaint against the gym owner and sealing the facility, which helped to defuse the situation.
According to his brother Satyaprakash, Vikas’s health deteriorated after he drank a protein shake while working out at the gym. Doctors blamed the protein supplement for his hospitalized vomiting, stomach discomfort, and face edema. Powder entered and accumulated in his lungs as a result of the vomiting, interfering with blood flow. After being transferred to Kanpur due to his grave condition, he passed away 14 days later.
