To support this rollout, a fleet of 14 modern buses has been deployed, each designed to offer comfort, efficiency, and reliability for daily commuters as well as air passengers carrying luggage.
These shuttles are positioned as a solution for passengers who often face challenges during the final leg of their journey from railway stations to airport terminals. The five shuttle routes have been selected to integrate closely with existing public transport infrastructure across Navi Mumbai. Each route connects the airport with a major railway station, making transfers simple and time-efficient.
One route connects the airport directly with Belapur station, serving a major business and residential hub. Another route links the terminal with Nerul station, a key stop on the suburban railway network. The third route connects Targhar station to the airport, while the fourth links Kharkopar station with the terminal. The fifth route operates between Khandeshwar station and the airport, catering to a densely populated commuter belt.
