Witness accounts indicate that he was speaking loudly during the call, prompting Ibrahim to object and ask him to lower his voice. The exchange reportedly intensified within minutes, leading to a heated verbal confrontation.
Both men were known to each other as they lived in the same vicinity. They were staying in a hutment near the Sai Baba Temple on Clive Road and were familiar faces in the neighbourhood.
Alleged Assault Leaves Victim Critically Injured

The assault left Vipul severely injured and bleeding. After the attack, the suspect reportedly fled the area, leaving the victim lying on the roadside.
Local residents intervened and rushed Vipul to Sir JJ Hospital for emergency treatment. However, doctors declared him dead on arrival.
