Amina Ibrahim Siddiqui has been identified as the dead. The Pant Nagar Police have filed a murder case against an unidentified suspect after receiving a complaint. To find and apprehend the offender, Pant Nagar police teams and the Crime Branch have started a search. Although the precise reason for the murder has not yet been determined, preliminary investigations have led investigators to believe that personal animosity may have played a role.

Amina was living in Kamraj Nagar, Ghatkopar, with her husband Ibrahim Siddiqui and their four kids. Her spouse is employed as a driver. After Amina’s sister-in-law paid her a visit at her house on Wednesday night, the two ladies left for work. They departed for home jointly after completing their duties. But it wasn’t until late at night when Amina came home.

When she didn’t come back, her husband looked everywhere but couldn’t locate her. A search effort was started when he went to the Pant Nagar Police and filed a missing person’s report.

Amina’s corpse was discovered in a thicket in the Kamraj Nagar neighborhood on Thursday at approximately 10.30 am during the search. She had sustained severe injuries from a sharp weapon to her neck. Officers from the local Crime Branch and Pant Nagar Police hurried to the scene after learning of the incident. Doctors at the adjacent Rajawadi Hospital pronounced her dead after she was rushed there right away.

The Ghatkopar Police have opened a murder case and started further investigation in response to her husband’s accusation. The event has been taken seriously by senior police authorities, who have instructed the Crime Branch and local police to carry out a parallel investigation. Ten police teams have been established to look into the matter and apprehend the suspects in accordance with these directives.
