Delhi Weather Update: Monday saw the densest fog in the nation’s capital, which significantly interrupted everyday life and several flights. As a result, on Tuesday morning, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow advisory for moderate to intense fog.
According to the weather department’s prediction, the lowest temperature is predicted to drop to 9 degrees Celsius, while the highest temperature is predicted to reach 23 degrees.

In anticipation of moderate to thick fog over Delhi on Tuesday morning, which is predicted to mix with pollutants to generate smog, the Meteorological Department issued a yellow advisory. Winds of 15 to 25 km/h are predicted; however, the sky is expected to clear throughout the day.
The temperature is predicted to be around 23 degrees Celsius during the day and 9 degrees Celsius at night. On Wednesday, the IMD predicts mild fog in the morning that will progressively dissipate over the day.
December 16: A yellow signal for moderate to severe fog has been issued by the IMD. There will be excessive humidity and poor visibility, with temperatures of around 23 degrees Celsius during the day and 9 degrees Celsius at night.
December 17: There is no warning; however, there is a chance of shallow fog in the morning. The temperature will be approximately 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 11 degrees Celsius at night.
December 18: Without prior notice, shallow fog may develop in the early hours of the day. The daytime high will be close to 24 degrees Celsius, while the nighttime low will be 9 degrees.
December 19: There is no warning, however there is a chance of shallow morning fog. The temperature will drop to 9 degrees Celsius at night and rise to about 24 degrees Celsius during the day.
December 20: There will probably be shallow fog in the morning without any prior notice. The temperature will drop to 9 degrees Celsius at night while the daytime high remains close to 23 degrees Celsius.
December 21: There is no warning, although there is a chance of moderate fog developing in the morning. It is anticipated that the temperature will reach a high of around 24 degrees Celsius and a low of about 10 degrees.
