Reporters were informed by CM Sarma that we shouldn’t take Akhil Gogoi seriously. He has turned into an entertainment for the politicians, in my opinion. ‘Facebook live’ is what I watch to be delighted by Gogoi. To keep us entertained, I would advise him to keep going live on Facebook.

Additionally, the Chief Minister downplayed Akhil Gogoi’s “vote chori” charges in relation to the state’s Special Revision (SR) of the electoral registers. In order to ensure a free and fair election in the state, voter registers are revised. If the opposition parties discover that any legitimate individuals were excluded from the electoral roll, they are entitled to file appeals against the entries in the voter list. He said, “The Congress and Akhil Gogoi shouldn’t take advantage of every chance to criticize the BJP for political reasons.”

Notably, Gogoi’s accusations were previously denied as “imaginary stories” by BJP spokesman Kamal Kumar Medhi, who said that Gogoi had been engaging in similar activities for over 20 years.

Although Gogoi’s claims may initially persuade some individuals, Medhi said that time has consistently shown them to be untrue. The majority of the accusations made by Akhil Gogoi over the last 20 years have ultimately proven to be unfounded and self-serving tales, according to Medhi, who also said that the Raijor Dal leader has a propensity of making up stories and reciting them in public.

The BJP leader took offense when he said that Gogoi creates fictional stories in his head before telling them to the public and media.individuals eventually realize that these are really made-up stories, even if some individuals could mistake fiction for reality for a while,” he remarked.

Medhi said that the public no longer takes Gogoi’s remarks seriously as a result of this recurring trend. These days, a lot of individuals just find enjoyment in such remarks. “He would easily win first place if there were a storytelling competition,” he said.
