Shilpa Shetty : uses hidden photos to commemorate her father’s 85th birthday

Shilpa Shetty: Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty honored her late father on his 85th birthday with a moving tribute.

Shilpa posted old photos of herself and her father on Instagram, demonstrating the close relationship between the two of them. Additionally, a precious photo of Shilpa’s father with her son Viaan was included in the article.

She used a group photo of herself and her sister, Shamita Shetty, with their father to wrap off the series.

“Happy 85th birthday, Dad! She captioned the photo, “I hope you’re enjoying your single malt up there.”

The father of Shilpa and Shamita died after a heart attack in October 2016.

After marrying billionaire Raj Kundra in November 2009, Shilpa Shetty gave birth to her first child, a boy named Viaan, in 2012.

Samisha, the couple’s surrogate daughter, was born in February 2020.

Recently, the actor has made news for the wrong reasons. Shilpa broke her silence after being implicated in a purported Rs 60-crore fraud case and denied the allegations in a sharply worded statement.

“The false effort to associate my name with this issue makes me very unhappy. I had no involvement in the company’s operations, finances, decision-making, or signing power; my affiliation with it was entirely non-executive. In fact, I had, in my professional position, advocated several items for the home shopping channel, just like a number of other prominent people, for which I still owe money,” the statement said.

Shetty also claimed that her family had given the business a sizable loan, stating that about Rs 20 crore had been given and that the sum was still “unpaid.”

“I would want to document that our family has lent the corporation almost Rs 20 crore, and that sum is still outstanding. The dishonest effort to hold me criminally liable is legally unsustainable and goes against established legal standards, especially after an inexplicable nine-year wait,” she said.

Shilpa Shetty, her husband Raj Kundra, and another person were charged in August with defrauding a businessman of more than Rs 60 crore.
