Richa Chadha :considers the difficulties of going back to work after becoming a mother
Richa Chadha: Even after accepting parenthood, actress thought back on the difficulties she had faced on the emotional, physical, and professional fronts. She went on to discuss her experience returning to the workforce after almost two years.

Richa acknowledged on social media that, despite her desire to return to work sooner, her body and mind weren’t prepared for it.
“After almost two years, I returned to work on Sunday. Even though I really wanted to return sooner, my body and mind weren’t prepared. The ‘Fukrey’ actress added, “But aside from these concrete problems, I have had to deal with serious professional betrayals from close quarters.”
She also discussed the difficult work-related experiences she had at this sensitive time in her life. Richa exposed the industry’s lack of ethics and called out the treachery.
“I’ve discovered that very few people in the field possess moral character and bravery. The majority of individuals never really mean what they say because of their ingrained inferiority complexes and scarcity mindset. Like dementors, they rob life of its delight and are never content. It’s possible that those who have shown me unjustified, biased harshness at my most vulnerable time in life have never experienced enough love.
Additionally, Richa discussed the support network needed to assist a new mother in rediscovering herself.
“If it takes a village to raise a child,” she continued. Mommy doesn’t remember who she was before the baby was born, thus it needs incredible assistance to help her. It took me longer than I had anticipated to heal mentally from it.
Richa also took issue with the needless demands made on public personalities, particularly new moms, to provide “content” on social media on a regular basis.
The ‘Heeramandi’ actress also questioned the way personal hardships are now often reframed into commercial storylines and the marketing of vulnerability.
Richa expressed her desire for a more straightforward time when sharing did not need this kind of branding at the conclusion of her piece.
