For those who don’t know, Sreenivasan, an actor, writer, and director, died on Saturday at the Trippunithura Taluk Hospital after receiving treatment for an age-related condition. He was 69 years old.

“If you listen to how I reached Kochi, it was intense beyond words,” Parthiban said on his X timeline, explaining why he had to cancel all of his plans and go to Kochi to honor the legendary director. There were no flights operating between Kochi and Chennai. I got in my Benz and drove myself at 7:55 p.m. At 8:40 p.m., I arrived at the airport. I came very close to getting into four accidents on the way. I was by myself when I drove.

He continued by describing the challenging circumstances he encountered at the airport. The flight was supposed to depart at 8:50 p.m. There were no seats available even after arriving at the airport. I informed the senior manager at Indigo, half-jokingly and half-seriously, that if a pilot’s seat was the only way to get me on the aircraft, that would be just great. When a staff member finally left at 9:25 PM, I was handed that seat. I am still appreciative to the top management for enabling this arrangement.

The leading actor and director claimed to have arrived in Kochi at 11:00 PM and to have no clue where he would stay.

“In the end, I discovered a little three-star hotel close to Srinivasan Sir’s residence. In fact, I was meant to be in Dubai today. My flight was canceled. I canceled my hotel reservation. The oddest thing, however, is that I might have sent my sympathies from anyplace in my own head. Nevertheless, I was drawn here by something. Why did I sprint all the way from there to here? I kept questioning myself. The actor said, “I felt like something was hitting me really hard inside.”

Legends like Dileep, Mammootty, and Mohanlal were on one side. In my life, I have seen riches. But instead of money, I saw a wonderful creative with a pure spirit who was worthy of a tremendous deal of respect. In order to honor a close buddy, I brought jasmine flowers with me. I was aware that people would not recognize me, but that was never the purpose. The act’s registration with the universe was what I cared about. Even if the cosmos is the only one who bears witness, “when something is done with total sincerity, it reaches where it is meant to reach—to that friendship,” he said.

However, the actor was going to be taken aback. “I honestly believed that no one had seen me, and I was quite content with that. But when he saw me there, Director Rajesh, who I had collaborated with on the movie “Escape From Uganda,” gave me a few texts. “I silently carried that moment with me,” he wrote.

Director Rajesh’s statement was also conveyed by Parthiban. “Seeing you in that crowd today made me genuinely happy,” the note said. pure camaraderie. utter reverence. It speaks a lot for you to travel from Chennai to be there for Sreeniyettan. A genuine buddy and a kind person. Big Brother, you touched my heart. Huge respect and a big embrace.

“Today you taught me a powerful life theory, more than a lesson, a philosophy,” he said. I really did learn something that I will remember. Thank you, sir. Much respect and affection. You are the greatest hero of all the heroes I encountered there. All of them are members of Generation Z, sir. They will see your movie, Innekku. I want to show them what a true hero looks like. And that’s what I’m doing. When I tell them that someone arrived like this and left without making a sound, they become upset as well.
