After seeing Dhurandhar, the actor—who is renowned for having a keen taste in movies—shared a contemplative message. “I adore movies, and I adore people who get into a whirlpool and allow the narrative to take over, spin, and shake them until their words are expelled onto the screen,” Hrithik wrote. One illustration of such is DHURANDAR. I adored the narrative. It’s a movie. In a rare and open acknowledgment, Hrithik also said that he could not deny the film’s artistic genius, even if he disagrees with its political viewpoint. I may disagree with its politics and debate the obligations that filmmakers have to the global community. However, as a film student, I can’t deny how much I enjoyed and learned from this one. “Amazing,” he continued.
Fans have responded favorably to his evaluation, praising his readiness to distinguish between ideological disagreements and artistic worth.
