Jackie Shroff: says Rajinikanth would always be happy on his 75th birthday

 Jackie Shroff : sent a birthday message for Rajinikanth, who wrote a text for the superstar on Friday, wishing him “happiness always.”

An avid social media user, Jackie posted a photo of himself with Rajnikanth on his Instagram stories section, adding the song “Kaavaalaa” from the 2023 movie “Jailer” as the soundtrack.

“Happiness always #HappyBirthday #Rajinikanth,” he wrote.

Speaking about Nelson’s action comedy Jailer, Rajinikanth plays a retired jailer who goes out to capture an eccentric idol smuggler who is endangering his family.

Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sunil, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Mirnaa, Mohanlal, and Shiva Rajkumar are also part of the cast. Jackie Shroff makes a cameo in the movie.

The last time we saw Rajinikanth was in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s “Coolie.” In addition, Aamir Khan and Pooja Hegde make cameos in the movie with Nagarjuna Akkineni, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Rachita Ram.

In the movie, a former coolie union leader finds a criminal gang after looking into his friend’s murder.

Nelson Dilipkumar’s “Jailer 2” will feature the 75-year-old celebrity next. In addition to S. J. Suryah, Vinayakan, Yogi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, and Mirnaa, the next movie is a follow-up to Jailer.

Over the course of his more than 50-year career, Rajinikanth has acted in 170 films in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Bangla, and Malayalam.

Renowned for his distinctive style and one-liners in movies, Rajinikanth has received several accolades, including as the Padma Bhushan in 2000 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2016.

For his contributions to international filmmaking, he was recognized in 2019 with the IFFI Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, the highest Indian honor in the film industry.
