Gaga pauses: As a dancer leaves the stage, Lady her performance in Sydney
Gaga pauses: One of Lady Gaga’s “The Mayhem Ball” dancers tripped and fell off the stage, causing a dramatic halt to her recent performance at Sydney’s Accor Stadium.

According to “Variety,” Michael Dameski, the dancer, tumbled off the platform when Gaga was performing “Garden of Eden.”
In order to halt the music, the singer hurried to the front of the stage and held out her arm. As Gaga told the audience, “Just one second,” the music stopped. We just had a stage mishap. Please wait a moment; everything will be OK.
Before finishing the performance, the singer reportedly climbed down to make sure Dameski wasn’t gravely hurt, according to “Variety.” After getting back up, Dameski said on his Instagram Story that he was OK and “was able to finish the last show of the year.”
The Mayhem Ball’s X page included a photo of the occasion. Rain had soaked the stage, and later in the evening, Gaga stopped the performance for a second time to give the dancers time to get their shoes into better grooves. In March, Lady Gaga’s sixth studio album, “Mayhem,” was released. She began the Mayhem Ball Tour in July at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas to promote the album.
Since then, the tour has performed in cities around Europe and North America before coming to Australia. In January, it will continue in Japan, and in February, it will return to the United States.
“Mayhem” has six Grammy Award nominations, including album of the year and best pop vocal album.
With her Oscar-winning performance in “Shallow,” her highly lauded portrayal in “A Star Is Born,” and her jazz collaborations, Lady Gaga demonstrated the breadth of her creative abilities. She continues to be a daring cultural force and an outspoken supporter of LGBTQ+ rights and mental health.
