Ed Sheeran : divulges details about his methodical performance style
Ed Sheeran: According to Grammy winner Ed Sheeran, he had an unhealthy lifestyle as a child but is now consciously trying to live a healthier lifestyle and make sure he’s prepared for the demands of live performance.

Sheeran explained to Men’s Health magazine why he decides to spend an hour on a massage table after a performance: “You just want to go to bed or go for a drink with your mates or whatever, but if you don’t do it, you’re just… the next day.”
“I’m a man who follows instructions easily, and if my friends are there after I complete a concert, I could go out. Therefore, I must be at my hotel room. Immediately after receiving the massage, I had to go to bed. Thus, it’s excellent for preserving my health, energy, and voice.
According to femalefirst.co.uk, the “Perfect” hitmaker recently rewatched a documentary on his life tour that was 10 years ago, and he said that his routines had altered significantly.
“I played three nights in a row, and every morning I’m getting interviewed, and they’re like, How was last night?” he said. “Oh, I was out until six in the morning doing tequila shots and smoking cigarettes with this person and doing this and that,” I thought. After that, I would perform seven days a week. However, when you see it and look at me today, I appear 24 years old instead of 40.
Sheeran recently said that reformer pilates is a fantastic method for him to maintain his fitness while performing.
“Reformer is definitely tied to touring,” he said. Bench pressing and deadlifting are the last exercises I want to do today after the performance last night. Therefore, this is a wonderfully easy method to feel like I’ve stretched while still getting the same amount of activity and burning calories.”
