Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and Industry Minister Dilip Jaiswal are two senior ministers in the state government whose standing has been greatly enhanced by the rearrangement.

Details of the Bihar Cabinet Reorganization

The Urban Development and Housing Department, which is in charge of the state’s smart city initiatives, drinking water supply, municipal facilities, sanitation, and urban infrastructure, has been given to Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, according to news agency IANS. The Bihar government’s Revenue, Land Reforms, and Mining Ministries are now held by the Deputy Chief Minister.

The Bihar government hopes to expedite project delivery and guarantee strict oversight of development plans across the state’s urban centers by reallocating the Urban Development and Housing Department.

One of the state’s most prominent infrastructure ministries, the Road Construction Department, was formerly led by Nitin Nabin and is now under the direction of Industry Minister and former Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal.

After being named the BJP’s National Working President on Monday, Bankipur Assembly seat MLA Nitin Nabin resigned from the Bihar government on Tuesday.

In order to concentrate on his enlarged national duties, Nabin resigned in accordance with the Bharatiya Janata Party’s “one person, one post” philosophy. He is now the party’s youngest functioning president.
