Trump: Zelensky “doesn’t have anything until I approve it,” according to Media
Trump: Washington, December 27 Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, “doesn’t have anything until I approve it,” US President Donald Trump said in an exclusive interview with Politico two days before he meets with Zelensky in Florida to discuss a peace plan to end the almost four-year-old Russia-Ukraine war.

According to Xinhua news agency, the two leaders are scheduled to talk about the framework of a new 20-point peace plan that would include territorial control of Donbas, management of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, a proposed demilitarized zone, and US security guarantees following the end of the conflict.
In the meanwhile, the president of Ukraine said on Friday that he would speak with US President Donald Trump on security assurances for his country.
According to the Interfax-Ukraine news agency, Zelensky informed reporters that the meeting is set for Sunday in the US state of Florida.
He also said that during the negotiations, Ukraine plans to bring up problems of control over the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power facility and territory disputes.
Zelensky claims that various papers establishing security assurances have been produced and that the 20-point peace plan is 90% complete.
According to Zelensky, the peace plan has four parties: Ukraine, the United States, Russia, and Europe. He also said that the agreement cannot be signed without the participation of Russia and Europe.
Earlier on Telegram, Zelensky stated, “We have agreed on a meeting at the highest level — with President Trump in the near future,” after a discussion with Rustem Umerov, who leads the Ukrainian team to the US peace negotiations.
“A lot” might be determined before the New Year, according to Zelensky.
The comments followed three days of negotiations on the Ukraine situation last week in Miami, Florida, with officials of the United States, Ukraine, and Europe.
