Vijayawada: Stressed-out 100-day action plan to improve Class-X outcomes

Vijayawada: In order to guarantee that Class X pupils get exceptional outcomes and establish the district as one of the state’s top achievers, NTR district collector Dr. G Lakshmisha instructed education authorities to carry out the 100-day action plan in a methodical and outcome-oriented way.

The Collector met with representatives of the education department at the Collectorate here on Tuesday to review the execution of the 100-day action plan. The conference was virtually attended by Mandal Education Officers (MEOs). Dr. Lakshmisha gave authorities instructions to focus especially on the academic development of Class X pupils enrolled in the district’s 187 government-run institutions.

According to him, special lessons should be held to help kids develop their self-confidence and progressively enhance their academic performance. He emphasized the need of ongoing academic supervision, saying that District and Mandal Academic Forums should keep a careful eye on students’ development and help them get high grades on the Class X exams. To find and quickly fix learning challenges, interactive sessions should be conducted.

Additionally, Dr. Lakshmisha declared that each school would have a designated special officer who would come on a regular basis and provide advice. He encouraged authorities to make the best use of these resources, pointing out that the state government is giving all the resources required to guarantee pupils a bright future.

MEOs, AP SDWREIS DCVO A Muralikrishna, Samagra Shiksha Assistant Project Coordinator M Rajani Kumari, DEO L Chandrakala, and others were in attendance.
