Greater Noida : The Greater Noida Authority will start allocating residential plots to farmers in a number of villages
Greater Noida : The Birondi Chakrasenpur village farmers who have been waiting for compensation after land acquisition will shortly get residential plots. The planning department has sent out a notice seeking comments and objections after receiving in-principle clearance from NG Ravi Kumar, the CEO of the Greater Noida Authority. This effort is anticipated to assist around 100 farms.

The CEO promised that all qualified farmers will obtain their plots in the next year and affirmed that the allocation process is moving quite quickly. Plots will be awarded by drawing from a location that has previously been selected.
In the meanwhile, farmers from neighboring villages, such as Kasna, Dadha, Sirsa, Itera, Bisrakh, Patwari, Pali, and Rithori, are also receiving residential plots at a rate of 6% and 10%. Plots have already been given to the people of Sirsa and Dadha, and over 1,000 farmers from these communities will profit.
Farmers are entitled to 6% of the purchased land as residential plots under the current regulations. Nonetheless, some farmers who requested an extra 4% plot will get it separately in accordance with court orders.
Plot distribution is being done in stages, and recipient lists from villages like Dadha, Patwari, Thapkhera, Ghanghola, Itera, and Sirsa are still being prepared.
