Amitabh Bachchan’s previous remark on women’s underwear has created a stir on the internet. On Wednesday, a Reddit user tweeted an image of an old tweet from Bollywood superstar Amitabh from 2010. Amitabh Bachchan tweeted on June 12, 2010 at 3:24 PM, asking “In the English language, why is ‘bra’ singular and ‘panties’ plural.”

The screenshot quickly became popular, and internet users started mocking Big B for his tweet. The post has in fact gone viral online, and people are heavily retweeting it on Twitter. Big B’s previous tweet was retweeted by a person who commented, “Amitji, what’s this behavior?” Another person said mockingly, “Finally someone is asking the important questions!”

On the professional front, the 15th season of Amitabh Bachchan’s quiz program Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) will soon return to our television screens. On Monday, Big B posted a photo of himself from the Kaun Banega Crorepati 15 sets dressed in a sharp suit on his Twitter account. “T 4715 – rehearsing again and again and again.. for KBC..” is what the actor wrote. Amitabh Bachchan’s shadow can be seen in another black-and-white image that he released, standing close to the game show computers with the KBC logo in the backdrop.

The gripping trailer for Nag Ashwin’s epic Kalki 2898 AD, in which Amitabh Bachchan also stars, was recently presented at San Diego Comic-Con. One of the most costly movies ever produced in India is reportedly the one with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan.
