In the “Bhairava Anthem,” Diljit Dosanjh and Prabhas form a friendship in Kalki, 2898 AD
It’s finally done! ‘Bhairava anthem’ from ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ was presented by the film’s directors on Monday.
The upbeat song includes Telugu superstar Prabhas, who plays the major role in Kalki 2898 AD, shaking a leg alongside well-known Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh.
Diljit Dosanjh and Prabhas are seen matching in traditional Punjabi attire. Prabhas is also seen donning a hat.
Diljit posted a preview for the song on Instagram on Sunday, saying, “Bhairva Anthem Coming Soon: PANJAB X SOUTH Panjabi Aa Gaye OYE.. Darling @actorprabhas.”
With music done by Santhosh Narayanan and lyrics written by Kumaar, the song, which is sung by Diljit Dosanjh and Vijaynarain, perfectly captures Prabhas’s portrayal of Bhairava in the movie.
This post-apocalyptic film, which is based on Hindu texts and is directed by Nag Ashwin, is set in the year 2898 AD.
The movie, which opens in theaters on June 27, also stars Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone.
